I would say my experience buying a car from 'Horndean Car Sales' was very pleasing. I purchased my VW Polo and as with any used car you'd expect some teething problems and little things that need seeing too. Well Vince & Jordan made sure everything was taken care off from having the car serviced to replacing the timing belt. I'm a driving instructor and I pointed out that the car tracking was out so not only did they get that sorted they even added a couple of new front tyres. A couple of weeks later the brakes needed servicing and the battery needed changing and once again no problem at all as Vince got that sorted the same day. I'm more than pleased with the way the purchase and how my warranty protection has gone so will definitely be recommending these guys - TOP MEN !!

The excellent service we received was second to none. My husband and I were treated with dignity and respect. This father and son team know everything there is to know about cars. They search hard for the best in what is a difficult market right now. Not only this, but they gave my husband and I the time we needed before buying a car. Jordan took me out in the car and explained everything in a detailed and knowledgeable manner as I was a little apprehensive about driving a different car. After, I felt much more confident about handling the car. On Good Friday we had a query about something, both the father and son spoke to us even though their garage was not officially open. The query was dealt with. I trusted them both as soon as I met them. Jordan said we could take the car home for a day and if we weren't happy they would take it back. You can't ask for more than this. The car we bought was given a full service, new cam belt, four new tyres and body work made good from a small scuff. Our beautiful car looked like new. We also received a 3 month warranty. This covers ANYTHING that may go wrong with the car. We would certainly return to this garage in the future.

Outstanding Service

The BMW was the second car we have bought from Horrndean Cars. We were more than happy first time and this time is no different. Vince was extremely patient, knowledgeable and friendly and allowed us all the time we needed to make our decision which included a long road test. Vince noticed a couple of cosmetic faults which he delt with immediately. After taking ownership we had a minor problem with dash light but it was delt with and rectified without fuss by Jordan. would not hesitate to recommend 10/10.

We recieved more in part exchange than other local sales and then they changed the cam belt, serviced, valleted, gave us a full years MOT, put on 2 new tyres, taxed the vehicle for 6 months and put 1/2 tank of fuel in for us, great service from a lovely father and son team. On Horndean Car Sales website I saw a 66 plate Suzuki Baleno with 41,000 miles. We visited, arranged a test drive and agreed to purchase. Lovely people to do business withThe whole point of our visit was that my daughter discovered her 2017 Twingo is fine for a single fun loving girl but 7 years on with a nipper on the way it’s not really suitable. I had seen a Captur on the forecourt, asked my daughter if she was interested as it was much roomier.Went to the dealer, he told us to take it for a test drive, take as long as we want and my daughter decided she would see if she could park it easily, then she went out with my wife to Tesco of all places to see if she could park it in one of their smaller car parking spaces…She could, so we bought it for her. An expensive way to get her a larger car but your kids need to be safe.Overall we were very pleased with how we were treated, I don’t dress up “posh” I’m a builder by trade so what you see is what you get but it didn’t seem to matter with the service. Will definitely use them again when she decides she wants something even bigger I guess.Very nice people, we met the father and the son, you can tell they care.

A Refreshing Car Buying Experience Does still exist.From the first "contact" when Jordan engaged with me, I was comfortable; the approach was friendly and helpful, as it should be, and once I had decided upon a Car he was so helpful regarding the car, some things to be aware of and so on. I drove the Car, we talked, I was content with the purchase and the Service and the things included in the purchase. We all would like a bargain, but definitely felt comfortable with all of the Horndean Car Sales offers and inclusive extra's with the purchase.....and indeed a half tank of petrol when I picked the car up. I have had a flat "no" to that request, or Taxing the Car even..... I came to Horndean Car Sales and I have to say it was a refreshing experience. Vince was on the same page when I went to pick the car up, so there must be good comms between them which helps the customer. A really good experience. Recommend them to you.

The best car-buying experience I have had in over 40 years

When I first visited the showroom, Vince and his son Jordan were friendly and professional whilst I looked at the available vehicles. I then went away to think about the options. When I went back, they were very helpful and not at all pushy and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble, which is a rarity these days. I narrowed my search down to two vehicles test-drove both and finally made my mind up to buy a Fiesta. Even after the deal was done, I was able to go back and ask questions and was treated with the utmost consideration. I definitely would go back to buy from them in the future.

Great service, no high-pressure sales. It was not possible to test drive the vehicle I was interested in on my first visit and I could not get back until the next day. Despite having other people express an interest in the same vehicle between my visits and could very possibly have sold the vehicle, they did not book any other test drives explaining that they had a booking the following day. I thought this was very honorable. What can be a daunting experience for some was made so much easier and more pleasurable. Their customer service was faultless. Will definitely continue to recommend them.
