Outstanding Service

The BMW was the second car we have bought from Horrndean Cars. We were more than happy first time and this time is no different. Vince was extremely patient, knowledgeable and friendly and allowed us all the time we needed to make our decision which included a long road test. Vince noticed a couple of cosmetic faults which he delt with immediately. After taking ownership we had a minor problem with dash light but it was delt with and rectified without fuss by Jordan. would not hesitate to recommend 10/10.

Just to summarise we travelled over 100 miles to look at the car, and their service was exceptional. We liked the car and the way we were treated, so went back the following week and bought the car.

Horndean Car Sales is a family-run business who have an excellent reputation for ensuring its customers get a great deal. We recieved more in part exchange than other local sales and then they changed the cam belt, serviced, valleted, gave us a full years MOT, put on 2 new tyres, taxed the vehicle for 6 months and put 1/2 tank of fuel in for us, great service from a lovely father and son team. I live a while away, and they even picked me up from the train station and brought me to the garage the day I was picking up the car. A full mot with all advisories completed, full service, 6 months tax, and 3-month warranty sorted within 2 days saved me a lot of stress and admin in my already busy life. I never usually leave reviews, to be honest, but I felt like the service I received was worthy of one. Vince and his son Jordan are friendly and approachable and give an amazing service. I have just bought a car after mine had reached its end point. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. They sold me a lovely car, 6 months tax, 3 month warranty and even came to get my old car from me to get it off my hands. They had a fresh MOT and service, valeted, and even popped some more petrol in for me before picking up, which is a nice touch. Excellent service from our local dealerI was looking for a medium sized hatchback to replace my Kia C'eed which had done 140,000 miles. On Horndean Car Sales website I saw a 66 plate Suzuki Baleno with 41,000 miles. We visited, arranged a test drive and agreed to purchase. Lovely people to do business withThe whole point of our visit was that my daughter discovered her 2017 Twingo is fine for a single fun loving girl but 7 years on with a nipper on the way it’s not really suitable. I had seen a Captur on the forecourt, asked my daughter if she was interested as it was much roomier.Went to the dealer, he told us to take it for a test drive, take as long as we want and my daughter decided she would see if she could park it easily, then she went out with my wife to Tesco of all places to see if she could park it in one of their smaller car parking spaces…She could, so we bought it for her. An expensive way to get her a larger car but your kids need to be safe.Overall we were very pleased with how we were treated, I don’t dress up “posh” I’m a builder by trade so what you see is what you get but it didn’t seem to matter with the service. Will definitely use them again when she decides she wants something even bigger I guess.Very nice people, we met the father and the son, you can tell they care.

A Refreshing Car Buying Experience Does still exist.From the first "contact" when Jordan engaged with me, I was comfortable; the approach was friendly and helpful, as it should be, and once I had decided upon a Car he was so helpful regarding the car, some things to be aware of and so on. I drove the Car, we talked, I was content with the purchase and the Service and the things included in the purchase. We all would like a bargain, but definitely felt comfortable with all of the Horndean Car Sales offers and inclusive extra's with the purchase.....and indeed a half tank of petrol when I picked the car up. I have had a flat "no" to that request, or Taxing the Car even..... I came to Horndean Car Sales and I have to say it was a refreshing experience. The best car-buying experience I have had in over 40 years

When I first visited the showroom, Vince and his son Jordan were friendly and professional whilst I looked at the available vehicles. I then went away to think about the options. When I went back, they were very helpful and not at all pushy and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble, which is a rarity these days. I narrowed my search down to two vehicles test-drove both and finally made my mind up to buy a Fiesta. Even after the deal was done, I was able to go back and ask questions and was treated with the utmost consideration. I definitely would go back to buy from them in the future.

Great service, no high-pressure sales. It was not possible to test drive the vehicle I was interested in on my first visit and I could not get back until the next day. Despite having other people express an interest in the same vehicle between my visits and could very possibly have sold the vehicle, they did not book any other test drives explaining that they had a booking the following day. I thought this was very honorable. What can be a daunting experience for some was made so much easier and more pleasurable. Their customer service was faultless. Will definitely continue to recommend them.

We found the whole experience extremely easy and never felt that we were under any pressure at any stage. Jordan was very friendly and he made sure we were happy with the deal he was offering. We were given plenty of time to road test the car and make sure we were satisfied with the car we finally bought. The Honda jazz we bought was serviced,valeted and ready for us when we arrived to collet it. Paper work was explained in full and completed without fuss. Extremely happy with car and service received. Was picked up from the station and drove the car back to the office to test drive. Everything was perfect as described and the car was in great condition as expected from photos and video they kindly sent as I was coming from Essex.
